Needed 8 litres of G/flex epoxy quickly and emailed to ask about stock and delivery timescale. My enquiry was answered promptly and they were able to arrange for the epoxy to be delivered direct to me within one working day. Great service!
Have used this grease ever since I started boating. I used to get it from a certain chandlers a Braunston as I could go instore, but now they've gone I had to buy on line.
I don't have any problems with Chase Newens Marine. However the delivery company is a different matter. Before purchasing I made sure to check which delivery companies to avoid and which ones have successfully delivered to this boatyard before so I was confident the item would arrive.
HOW WRONG COULD I HAVE BEEN!!!
Two failed deliveries and one email, polite but threatening to hold the delivery company liable for even the smallest bit of damage incurred/ faults developed when I moved the boat, the grease miraculously found its way to me.
I wouldn't recommend the Chase Newens Marine use APC as a delivery company again, they were absolutely diabolical.
However, I wouldcrecommend Chas Newens Marine

Bought as replacement for a failed 14 year old double block. The Wichard block appears to be well made to tight tolerances and hopefully will provide years of trouble free use.
Despite my Etec being one of last, the colour is, in fact, the Johnson White 81-83. I assume that they had a lot of this paint left over and, were using it up. It’s not been sprayed yet but, the cap looks almost identical to the paint.
I was sceptical but as it turned out I was more than happy, everything from the delivery to the toilet it self, definitely don’t need to spend between 3 1/2 & 6 1/2 hundred. Great product, thank you.
Part looks same as original, haven’t fitted yet so unable to comment on actual in use quality but looks as if should be Ok. Bought just in case of a failure and not anywhere near to purchase another. Doing without the table wouldn’t be good.
