Your business provides an excellent product range but is let down by the high postage cost compared to your competitors, for example, £9.95 vs. £5.95. Hence you will lose trade on small-value items

Most auxiliary mounting brackets do not have the weight capacity to carry a 10hp 4 stroke outboard and it is difficult to find a more substantial mount. My current 10hp Honda weighs 44kg, somewhat heavier than the 10hp/30kg rating of the mount it was currently on. As such, I was looking to find a stronger mount when I came across this reasonably priced mount. I consequently bought this 25hp/60kg mount from Waveline. I fitted the unit using the same original mounting holes as the hole pattern was the same and have fitted my Honda 10hp to it. I must say that once I tightened up all the mount bolts the engine is extremely rigidly mounted to the boat. Far superior to the old mount. The only issue I found was that the mounts lift handle is too close to the engines fixing wing nuts, so much so that the lift handle touches them when lowered to the low position. This meant that after fitting the engine lock I could not lower the engine to the lowest setting. I got around this problem by putting a few washers inbetween the wooden engine mounting plate and the stainless steel frame of the mount, thereby spacing around 5mm further out and negating the problem. I might consider just grinding away a curve in the mounting handle to give more clearance as that would not cause any loss of strength to the mounting frame.
All in all really happy with my purchase.
My main sail traveller having failed in adverse weather conditions I searched the web for one that would fit the track. I came across Chas Newens Marine who listed one but was out of stock but suggesting a 4 week delivery time. I ordered one and paid.
After about three weeks I received a phone call as this part was now no longer available due to a factory fire. I was offered a refund or Juley said she would search for an alternative.
The alternative was a IYE C series traveller, new track and stope ends. Although expensive, they are extremely substantial and now fitted I don’t believe they will ever give up.
Chas Newens Marine were very helpful, friendly and kept me informed.
These boots were delivered quickly and in robust packaging. It should be noted that they are quite a narrow fit compared to other boots I've previously bought so hopefully they'll relax with time. Otherwise they appear really well made.

What can I say? It's a good suit. It was recommended by a member of the boat club so it's not just me that likes it. Not very expensive either.
It’s a fabulous fishing rod for medium sized rivers.
The service was outstanding. I only needed a small item which they found by cross referencing part numbers and it arrived the next day….. brilliant!
