I quickly found what I needed on your website - I couldn’t find it elsewhere - and you very efficiently sent it to me at a reasonable price. This is just the kind of quality service on which a good reputation is built. Many thanks.
Ordered online, swift delivery and very pleased with not just the Kingfisher Tiller Pin but the service provided by the Chandlery.

Thanks for recommending the upgrade to this Launcher and also the quick delivery. This was for our junior rowing club and the rowers no longer complain about taking the launch off the water as the new launchers are so easy to move.
The pre purchase advice was much appreciated so that we got exactly what we needed

Dear Chas Newens
Unfortunately although the goods were delivered safely and on time, I haven’t seen it yet as I’m on my vessel in Belgium. I shall be back in uk in a couple of weeks time. Thank you.
A proper flat face seal (not O ring) on a well machined and nicely finished brass assembly. Would look good in amongst classic brass work.
Item come on time well packed.
Updates on delivery were accurate.
