I ordered a double can/glass holder and two single holders. The original package Chas Newens Marine sent to me only contained the double holder - I called them up, explained what had happened and they immediately sent the rest of the order which arrived the next day. Yes, it would have been preferable if the entire order had been included in the original package, but it is greatly to their credit that Chas Newen Marine immediately resolved the issue and ensured their customer (me) had their order fulfilled. I’ll be using them again.

Order item paid 9:95 for delivery expecting next working day etc (couriers are cheap ) took them 5 days to even update that they had despatched item more than likely buy in themselves and despatch poor service to be honest

The UJ has a fixed fully threaded bolt which has to be able to rotate. The thread will thus wear out cheap plastic bush. For the cost I would have expected Wichard to have made it with a smooth unthreaded section.
