I ordered a double can/glass holder and two single holders. The original package Chas Newens Marine sent to me only contained the double holder - I called them up, explained what had happened and they immediately sent the rest of the order which arrived the next day. Yes, it would have been preferable if the entire order had been included in the original package, but it is greatly to their credit that Chas Newen Marine immediately resolved the issue and ensured their customer (me) had their order fulfilled. I’ll be using them again.

Order item paid 9:95 for delivery expecting next working day etc (couriers are cheap ) took them 5 days to even update that they had despatched item more than likely buy in themselves and despatch poor service to be honest

I was quoted £3.5K for a Bimini for my 36ft yacht - probably beautifully made and long lasting. Instead I bought this MiDMarine bimini top for £205 - also very well made. Decent aluminium tubing, nicely made and well fitting canopy - I am a very happy bunny! Only needed a bit of modification to fit around the back stay.

Recently Chase Newens supplied me a replacement Aluminium floor and Bench seat for my Cadet 310. I had tried several local supplies and was told the products were no longer available.
When I approached Chase I was told that the product were no longer listed, but they said they would see if they could fine the floor and Seat for me. after several false start and lot of checking around they manage to locate some in China.which I ordered.
That was not the end end of the story as they had to progress chase the order numinous times.
I think most suppliers would have thrown towel in,. however they kept going . It was very pleasant to deal with all there team and would recommend Chas Newens to anyone and will using them again myself.
